I'm totally addicted to real food, acroyoga, indoor rock climbing, real conversations, yoga and people that can hug properly.
I'm into sustainability, veggie gardens and cooking from scratch. I value honesty, kindness and people that are a little on the different side.
But most of all, I love people. I find the complexity of each person fascinating, what motivates us, what lights us up, what makes us cry, in short, what make us...US!
We're all so different and beautiful, yet so many of us waste incredible amounts of energy trying to dim our lights in order to fit in and be like everyone else. It's time to unpack, understand and celebrate what makes you YOU. Its time to fit OUT rather than fit IN!

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, (https://www.integrativenutrition.com) where I studied a variety of dietary theories, holistic nutrition and practical lifestyle coaching methods.

I work with my clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
Does stress at your job or in your relationships cause you to overeat?
Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?
As we work together, we’ll look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
