What we put into our bodies quite LITERALLY  becomes the foundation of our energy, mood, and well-being.

Problem is, most of us were never actually TAUGHT how to eat well. Add in the endless stream of diets, trends, and conflicting advice, and it’s little wonder we feel confused about what “healthy” really means.

I'll help you build a better relationship with food - one that nourishes you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Movement

Does exercise feel like something you HAVE to do? Does it feel like punishment?

It doesn't need to, there are so many different ways to move your body, let's find one that you actually ENJOY.

Interestingly, research that shows that daily exercise (and sleep and good food) is at least as effective for lifting our mood and improving our mental health as anti-depressants. Wild huh?

Toxins

Cut out the nasties.... Do you know just how many CHEMICALS are in the average home? ( Trust me... you really don't want to know) Let me help you replace them with natural, safer and cost effective alternatives.

Habits

Want to QUIT something? Coffee, sugar, alcohol, vaping, shopping, porn, doom scrolling?

We all have coping mechanisms (and that's ok) but it's pretty easy for them to get out of balance and start impacting our lives in ways we prefer they didn't. Or maybe you just want to be healthier and know that making that change needs some outside help and strategies. I'm your girl.... let get on it!

Sleep

Good sleep is so IMPORTANT. When we sleep our bodies literally repair themselves, so having a solid sleep routine is a crucial part of health. Poor sleep weakens your immune system (hello bugs), affects weight gain/loss and impacts your mood and ability to regulate your emotions.
